This photo is of the Price Tower in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, designed by the famous American architect Frank Lloyd Wright in 1956. Although the original owner Harold Price had wanted a three-story buildings, Wright eventually convinced him that he really wanted something larger, and gave him a 17 floor building on a two-story base.
