Point of Rocks, Cimarron National Grasslands, Morton County, Kansas. The Cimarron National Grasslands are 100,000 acres of public land administered by the National Forest Service in extreme southwest Kansas. This land was devastated by the "Dust Bowl" days of the 1930's, before being seeded to grass and becoming a National Grasslands.
